We used a google form to collect RSVPs as well as answers to planned activities.
the reminder
The challenge we all faced with these virtual celebrations was how to make them still feel special and not just another Zoom meeting.
In the reminder email, we sent out some virtual decorations for people to add to their backdrops. The illustrations were based off the couples’ gender reveals (yes, they did two for one baby—because why not?) as well as the story of how they started dating.
